Located on the main square of Taviano’s beautiful historic center, this charming 65 m² home with 300 m² of outdoor space welcomes up to 6 guests beneath its stunning vaulted ceilings, offering 2 bedrooms and a living room. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. Outdoors, you’ll find a wonderful 7x4x1.40 m pool with a sunbathing area furnished with loungers and deck chairs, solar shower, lawn with a lounge area, a 4x3 m pergola with table and chairs, swing and poufs, barbecue, and Bluetooth speakers. In the evening, strings of lights create a magical atmosphere. Inside, there’s air conditioning in the main bedroom and kitchen area, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking is available on the street. Within 50 meters you’ll find restaurants, trattorias, bars, and pizzerias. Pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, fish market, greengrocer, self-service laundry, bookstore, and various shops are just steps away. For active guests, tennis and paddle courts are about a 10-minute drive. You can book excursions, boat rentals, guided tours, quad trips, and many other activities for an additional fee. Taviano, known as the City of Flowers, borders Gallipoli and makes it easy to reach Salento’s main destinations: Lecce and Santa Maria di Leuca (about 45 km), Otranto (about 55 km). Nearby beaches include the Sant’Andrea reserve, Punta Pizzo, Punta della Suina, le Puritate, Baia Verde, and Rivabella. Porto Selvaggio reserve, Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto, and the “Maldive del Salento” are about 20–25 minutes by car. Two small pets are welcome. Events and unregistered guests are not allowed.
